What's your reason to QUIT? This is your year to kick the tobacco habit. Healthy Communities at Columbus Regional Health offers group tobacco cessation classes with medication assistance (medication consists of NRT patches or gum only).
The classes are offered over 4 sessions, with 7 weekly meetings. All classes meet in the evening from 6pm-8pm in the basement of the Bartholomew County Public Library. The 2019 sessions start and conclude by the following dates:
Session 1: January 15 - February 26 (Classes meet on Tuesdays)
Session 2: March 19 - April 30 (Classes meet on Tuesdays)
Session 3: May 1 - June 12 (Classes meet on Wednesdays)
Session 4: August 13 - September 24 (Classes meet on Tuesdays)
Fee: $35.00 per person / Scholarships are available upon request.
