There will be three options for sites on Thursday, October 17th. Due to limited space, Live by Loews can only accommodate up to 12 people (we are asking this be reserved for Sales Executives only). Other sites are open to all employees, please register by October 10th; final head count will be provided to each hotel. Once final details become available as to meet-up location, I'll provide. Thank you for your assistance as we turn this around quickly.
Thursday, October 17
11:00 am – 11:45 am: Live by Loews Arlington, Texas: Marcela Ceccacci, DOSM
Live by Loews has limited availability on this day because of an in-house pharma and CAB. Site of Lobby, rooms, restaurant, and location. No space.
11:45 am: Transfer (on own) to Crescent Court. Opportunity to grab a quick bite to eat; various places at Crescent Court
1:00 pm – 2:00 pm: Crescent Court Dallas: Denise Mope, DOSM. Sites with Monica So and Cailyn Stewart
Full site visit of property with team.
2:00 pm: Transfer (on own) to Fairmont Dallas.
2:30 pm – 3:30 pm: Fairmont Dallas: David Martinez, DOSM. Site with Janna Newman.
Fairmont is also limited with space due to pharma in-house. This site may be of rooms restaurants and facility, uncertain on space.
3:30 pm: Transfer (on own) to Omni Dallas.
