6 Minutes to complete10 clean and Jerks 135/95 (45+ div: 95/65)10 clean and jerks 155/105 (45+ div: 135/95)5 Clean and Jerks 185/135 (45+ div: 155/105)5 clean and jerks 205/155 (45+ div: 185/135)~3 Minute Rest~6 Minute AMRAP4 Pull Ups5 Burpees6 Goblet Squats 53/35----------------------------------• Women will start with clean and jerks, men with AMRAP.• Athlete will be responsible for loading of barbell.• Score is combined times of clean and jerks for WOD 1• Failure to complete the clean and jerks in their entirety will result in a 6:00 time cap plus one second for each incomplete rep• Score is total combined rounds and reps of AMRAP for WOD 2• The women will start where the men left off in their AMRAP for WOD 2----------------------------------Standards
Clean & Jerk • Bar must start on floor, athlete can either power, squat or split clean reaching full extension of hip at top of clean.• Athlete can strict press, push press, push jerk or split jerk barbell overhead.• Elbows must lock at the top of each rep.• If the bar is jerked overhead the hips and knees must come back to full extension.• In the case of split jerks, the athlete must recover the feet back under the hips.
Pull Up, Burpee, Goblet Squat • Arms must fully lock at bottom and chin must reach over bar attop of pull up.• Athlete can modify to jumping pull up for scaling.• Chest must touch floor and hips must be extended with shoulders behind hips at top of burpee.• Each rep of burpee must be completed with a touch of thehands above the head.• Each squat must reach depth of below parallel at bottom and fullhip and knee extension at top.• The kettlebell must remain above the breastbone and elbow must remain below the bell.

WOD 3“Tire Sprint”75m tire sprint (female)75m tire sprint (male) ----------------------------------- Women will begin with tire and body behind line- Women will sprint a total of 75m until entire tire is behind finish line- A 30 second transition - Male partner will then sprint a total of 75m- Men will sprint 75m until entire tire is behind finish line- 1:00 time cap for each partner to drag tire. - Score is combines men’s and women’s time----------------------------------Standards for Tire Sprint- Tire and body must remain behind line until start- Finish is called when body and tire cross finish line- Harness must be worn around waist
WOD 4---------------------WOD 4For Time 200 Wall Balls 20/14Partner holds top of deadlift 225/15545+ deadlift weight 185/125---------------------- Partition wall balls however- Partner must hold deadlift in locked out top position- If partner drops deadlift the partners must switch - 10 minute time cap---------------------Wall Ball Standards - Hips must reach below crease of knee - Ball must reach at or above target 10’ for men and 9’ for women- Failure to complete these requirements will result in a no rep
Deadlift Hold Standards - Knees and hips must remain locked out at all times - Shoulders must remain behind bar - If any lower joint begins to bend the athlete will be called for a no rep and the partners will have to switch
