Join us as we review new USPTO-issued revised rules that officially go into effect on January 9, 2021. Controversial changes that eliminate evidentiary presumptions in favor of the Petitioner for purposes of institution on certain fact issues will be discussed. We'll plan to look over the rule changes and how they may affect both Petitioners and Patent Owners.
