The PRS Bureau is hosting its first investigation event since Malvern Manor. This is an all-investigation event, held three nights at the Shamrock House in upper South Carolina. Built in the 1800s, reports have called it one of the most haunted cabins in the southeast. People have claimed to see a young woman in the cabins, objects have moved, and spectre's have made their presence known at night while visitors sleep.
Before the event, investigators will attend two virtual briefings on The PRS Bureau website, on January 18th and February 1st to discuss the investigation and undergo safety briefings.
PRS will arrive on Thursday, February 18th and get settled in to one of the cabins. The property hosts three cabins in all. We will situate ourselves in two of the cabins, evenly divided, while the main cabin will play host to experiments and the core investigation.
We will begin by having dinner, followed by an hour-long seance experiment in the main cabin. Then, taking shifts investigating the main cabin in the dark.
On Friday, February 19th, PRS will review and discuss historial information related to the property and speak to one local eyewitness who has experienced events on the property. We will also host a class on spirit communication and plan two types of experiments that night. One spirit communication session where we rely on electronics, and another where we rely entirely on our own senses. We will also take volunteers who will elect to stay alone in the main cabin.
On Saturday, we will collectively host a live broadcast (for whoever wants to participate) online and for our website, where we discuss our experiences, and then we will welcome a guest investigator who will be joining us on Saturday night. Saturday evening, after dusk, we will try a few new techniques determined by the group as a whole.
On Sunday, we will host a brunch and say our goodbye's. But the experience won't be over, because we will continue to discuss the investigation on The PRS Bureau website and people can volunteer to write blogs and articles for our website detailing their experiences.
The event ticket cost is all-inclusive. It includes lodging and food.
