Praise, Power, & Celebration Service @6:30pm - PPDN Reunion Dance Team

Dancers will participate in the following;
- The Esther Worship Encounter *in the worship* flags, free flow, colors
- The Soaking Room *as assigned*
- VWN Awards & Honors - (PPDN reunion dancers and Tribute to PPDN dance sisters who transitioned)
Additional Information
- All Dancers Registration fees should be paid BEFORE October 15th.
- There is no childcare provided - if you must bring your younger children they would need to remain under your care
- On Saturday Retreat day bring change of "casual" clothes for the remainder of the sessions
- We are getting dance t-shirts ordered for the reunion the cost is $25 this can be ordered now and no later than October 10th. We will wear the Dance T-shirts during the Retreat Weekend.
- Your registration entitles you to the Full Retreat experience and covers your meal on Saturday, all sessions and souvenir booklet.
- Friday Service is FREE and Open to the Public (invite your family & friends to this experience)
- Nikeya Jones - 614-772-9833 will serve as the PPDN Dance Leader for the reunion weekend - her primary role will be to coordinate communication, provide instructions, clarify the overall vision and direct the dancers flow of the weekend.
- Your group dance leader will assist with teaching choregraphy, virtual sesions and leading that weekend
- Salina Spears - 937- 470-0114 is the PPDN Reunion Weekend Administrative Assistant (registration, attire, scheduling rehearsals, etc) She is also handling the PPDN Dancers Tribute for the VWN Awards and Honors Event.
- There will be a time of prayer, fasting & consecration leading up to the reunion & retreat weekend that all Dancers will need to be apart of as well as a combined Prayer call with all Speakers, Staff, Creatives participating in WER Weekend (2 weeks out).
- Lodging is available for standard reate at the host hotel venue. The Group rate expired 10/11

Dancers Assignments and Choreography
- Dance Team assignments will be based on dancers familiarity, styles, experience levels, and song choreography
- Pageantry items will be incorporated into the processional and recessional (crown, scepter, ring, war sticks, etc)
- Dance Groups will interchange during the praise & worship segment (using front, back and side aisles)
- Teams will space out in the ballroom covering entire area incorporate flags, dance, banners, streamers etc.
- Dancers will have reserved seating assigned on the parameter of the ballroom chairs
Attire and Dance Instruments
- We will need to identify who has what and determine what the best option is to minimize ordering.
Personal Garments needed
- Solid Color Tunic/Overlay
- White base (palazzos, leotard/unitard)
- Black base (palazzos, leotard/unitard)
- White Ceremonial Garment with Gold accents (feast dress /flamingo dress / metallic gold trims or sash)
- Dance shoes will be worn - hair up or back - small pearls or diamond earrings
