This event will be at the Mojave Narrows Yuca Loma Bridge in Victorville, CA.
We will meet on Yates Rd which is a paved walking/bike trail on the corner of Yuca Loma Rd and Fortuna Rd in Victorville. There is street parking on Fortuna road. You will see that we are beginning at the fork in the road of the trail. We will meet near the fork and walk under the Yuca Loma bridge, to begin in Mojave Narrows.
You are welcome to grab a coffee from a local shop (like Six Beans or The Grind!) or from the nearby Starbucks before meeting us.
We will start walking around 9:45AM and will probably end around 11:30AM.
We will walk on Yates Rd, under the Yuca Loma bridge. Yates Road trail enters Mojave Narrows and goes along Yuca Loma Rd before turning right into Mojave Narrows. There are guardrails and fencing separating Yuca Loma Rd and Yates Rd trail. If we are up for it, we can visit the pond and large grass field/picnic area. I do want to be mindful of the daylight and return to our vehicles before sunset.
The trail is stroller friendly, but you can carry your little one if that's easier for you! If it rains or becomes too windy, I may reschedule so check in on @themomwalkco.victorville on instagram for updates depending on weather.
