We will start at 10:00am meeting at Retreat Bakery. Once we've grabbed our coffees and treats, we'll walk across the parking lot to Empower Chiropractic. Dr. Jenessa will be hosting us in her office space, giving us a tour and gifting a free new patient exam to one lucky mama! We'll chat and hang out there and then, weather depending, we'll decide together if we want to walk or not.
