Excited to practice yoga with you Mama!
ABOUT EVENT
Mama&Me Yoga is lead by our host Jenni! She received her yoga teaching credentials while living in San Diego and has enjoyed bringing these free classes to our community. Littles are welcome! They can hang out if their strollers, join in the yoga practice or sometimes they pull Mom away to the playground. It's a very low-key, easy going class with zero judgement.

TIMELINE
3:00p - Greenwood Park will be our meet-up location. Your hosts (Jenni & Tiffany) will arrive around 2:50a for meet & greets, FAQs, etc. This will allow for all mamas interested in practicing yoga together extra time to arrive & get situated.
3:10p - Yoga begins for any mamas interested.
3:45/4p - Yoga ends, then we usually wrap up by taking a few Mom Walk laps around the park!
