Like exercise and diet, getting a good night's sleep is fundamental to overall health.  Please join us in a virtual presentation with Nikhil Samtani, MD.  During this presentation, Dr. Samtani will share information about the importance of sleep and how it impacts mood, memory, immunity, and the progression of different diseases. There will be an opportunity for Dr. Samtani to address common misconceptions regarding sleep and answer questions. Dr. Samtani is a Sleep Medicine provider and Medical Director of the Center for Sleep Disorders at Skagit Regional Health. He received his MD from the University of Seychelles American Institute of Medicine and completed a sleep medicine fellowship at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
