In this workshop parents and teachers will learn how to create playtime that builds secure attachments and self-confidence at any age. Let’s play together and  discover strategies to enhance our innate playfulness and relieve stress. 
 
Alejandra Reyes (MA, LPCC)
Alejandra Reyes is a clinical psychologist with almost 15 years of experience and who has lived in the U.S., Mexico, Brazil and throughout several cities in Japan. She has experience working with children, adolescents and adults from multicultural backgrounds, suffering from trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety and neurodevelopmental disorders. She conducts psychoeducational assessments in Spanish and English and has an integral psychotherapy approach, using cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, attachment therapy and play therapy.
