The Greenhorn Throwdown 2019

The Greenhorn Throwdown is a novice only Strongman competition designed for new athletes to the sport. Classic strongman events for ease of training and plenty of experiened spotters, loaders and judges to help guide you through the event.

This is a level one Strongman Corporation sanctioned event. Event is capped at 60 competitors.

Each weight class winner will qualify for Strongman Corporation Nationals 2020. Sub weight classes with less than five (5) competitors will be combined with matching sub weight class.
