The Evolve Difference Leadership Program is built for anyone who is a high-potential leader with the responsibility of getting results and working effectively with others. Ideal for everyone, from entry level emplyoees to managers to business owners. You will network with peers, learn together in large group sessions that are built around the content you want and need, and create coaching peer groups with a mix of public, private, corporate, and non-profit leaders. 

The program lasts for 7 months, beginning in October and lasting through April. Each month, participants will engage in a half-day leadership learning session, a peer accountability group, and one-on-one coaching. This will require roughly 7-8 hours a month time commitment. 

Prior to the launch of the program, participants will be asked to complete a leadership assessment and 360 review. This will inform the curriculum and content for the program.
