The Artisan Tour

A unique food and drink experience, this walking tour of Kelham Island, Sheffield is a fun, social and informative way to discover the area, meet the people behind the Artisan businesses and taste some fantastic products.Tour Highlights:

• Visit the first and only urban cheesemaker in Sheffield. Enjoy a tour of the cheese make-room and hear out about the cheese-making process. Finish with generous samples of their flagship cheese ‘Little Mester’ and a thick slice of sourdough from neighbours Depot Bakery.

• Tour the Bullion Chocolate Factory - one of only 12 bean-to-bar chocolate makers in the UK, experience a chocolate factory in action and hear from Artisan Max about his story and the month-long process to produce a bar. We sample all three varieties of their chocolate, which sells at £7.99 per bar!

• Experience a tutored coffee tasting and roastery tour at Frazers Coffee Roasters. We get to compare and contrast flavours of about 10 of their signature blends (just sips!).

• A surprise stop to enjoy a tasty savoury snack.

• Enjoy your own sweet treat box of homemade tray-bake samples from The Grind.

• Finish with an end of tour drink and socialise at Kelham Island Tavern - try three thirds beers brewed on the doorstep or try a local Locksley gin (also soft drinks or wine).
