You are advised to take appropriate travel insurance as Moodie International Limited will not accept any liability for travelling, accommodation or other expenses incurred as a consequence of a possible event cancellation or postponement. In any event Moodie International Limited will not accept liability for any loss, including incidental or consequential damages etc. Cancellations made: On or prior to 21 April 2019 – full refund less $150 DOLLAR administration fee On or after 22 April 2019 – 21 May 2019 – 50% cancellation charge of the relevant fee paid On or after 22 May 2019 – NO REFUNDS permitted NO-SHOWS at the event will NOT be refundable and will be billed for the full registration fee Registration confirms you have read and accept the Moodie International Limited Terms & Conditions as detailed above.
