Monday, 8 March 2021 1:00 PM - Wednesday, 10 March 2021 4:30 PM EST

The 3rd Annual Empowering Women in Leadership 2021 (Virtual) Conference will be held on March 8-10 to celebrate women globally.  This conference was created to provide professional development that is immediately applicable in EVERY step of your career journey.

Topics covered (but not limited to) are:

Leadership – This is a broad topic that covers many areas.  Look for speakers discussing styles, authenticity, communication, emotional intelligence, and more.

Intersectionality – This conference continues to work towards the empowerment of all women (and men too!) through the inclusion of every voice.  Look for workshops on inclusivity, advocacy, empowerment, and more.

Empowerment – It has always been the overall goal to create pathways into leadership for more women.  Representation in leadership leads to structural change!  To create those pathways, women must unite and empower, rather than tear each other down.  Look for speakers discussing social pressures, gender roles, changes in the workforce due to COVID, mindfulness, self-care, and more.

"Many women have been conditioned by our culture to consider other women as threats or competitors. Healing any sense of competition is key for women. When our sisters thrive, we all thrive, and when we build loyal, supportive friendships with an ever-widening circle, our well-being is enhanced." ~ Laura Cornell

Want to know what is the only thing better than traveling across the world to experience new sights, people, food, and music? Connecting with incredible humans and partnering with them to create more awareness, peace, and empowerment in their lives. Hi, I'm Tiffany and I'd love to get to know you! I am currently transitioning from being a Lean Six Sigma Facilitator at a hospital to a Senior Organizational Change Consultant for Federal Clients and also work as an Emotional Intelligence/Leadership coach. I have 7 years of change management and leadership coaching experience that blends together with my emotional intelligence certification and my currently ontological coaching program, to give me a unique set of skills to serve others. Research is showing that working on our emotional intelligence, which includes relational and social intelligences as well, improves the neuroplasticity in our brains! This means that we have the capacity to improve our internal awareness muscles to strengthen our resilience and understanding of how we show up in the world. Bringing the ontological coaching experience to others is an incredibly powerful tool for us as women and leaders. Ontology is the study of “being” and refers to how a person perceives the world, which determines the actions taken and ultimately the results created. There is much to unpack in this beautiful space and so I will leave you with the thought of: what is the observer you are that impacts the actions you take and the results you’ve been getting? What are the costs of those observations you currently hold? I'm here to support you as you step into a space of learning to practice more awareness of how you show up in conflict in relationships. You can't control the actions of others, but you CAN control your response. It is my passion to partner with others who are ready to shift their thinking and bring more CHOICE into their lives. The EQ Profile held the keys to UNLOCKING my own internal superpowers and personal responsibility I was looking for and my mission is to share that with the world. Partnered with the ontological coaching approach we can shift the observer you are to transform the actions and results you want for your life as a woman and leader in every aspect of your life! Ready to dig deep and have fun? Great! Let’s transform the observer you are to give you more possibility, peace, and perspective!

Joyce Rojas, MBA
Money Mindset Mentor & Transformational Speaker
JoyceRojas

Joyce Rojas has positively changed thousands of people’s lives just by shifting their money mindset. A top producer for 2 of the biggest financial companies in the world including JP Morgan and Citigroup, a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, and over 19 years of banking & investment experience makes Joyce an expert in money matters. But money management didn’t always come easy for her. As a daughter of immigrant parents, she painfully watched her father exhaust himself working 2 jobs to provide for the family. As a single mom who lost everything in the 2008 recession, she was forced to figure out how to make and manage money quickly in order to successfully provide for her son. She began asking questions like: Why is it easy for some people to build wealth but not as easy for others? Why do some people get stuck in poverty or middle class for generations? Why does money intimidate people? What had some people figured out in the world of money that others hadn’t? And here began her quest to solve the secrets behind money. • Joyce Rojas is a Money Mindset Mentor & transformational speaker. In helping thousands of people with money management, she realized how the right mindset, action steps and knowledge can create wealth. Schools don’t teach this, society teaches us the wrong things about money, and our parents pass down their own money fears – that’s why her impactful work focuses on helping people take control of their money, create a money strategy, gain financial clarity, and create the mindset needed to succeed in life. • She’s been featured in Thrive Global and has spoken for companies like SBDC, JP Morgan, NYC Central Labor Council, Rutgers University, Polka Dot Powerhouse, New Jersey Business & Industry Association, Women Future Conference and various non-profits. She’s been trained and has shared a stage with Personal Growth author & trainer, Jack Canfield. If she’s not on stage or consulting, you’ll find her happily spending time with her son or reading a book on a beach in a foreign country.
