--------------
Hello,
On Saturday, October 14th and Sunday 15th from 10 am until 5 pm, I bring you an intensive proposal where the main exploration tool will be blindfolding (for those not comfortable wearing a blindfold you can close your eyes) to use physical contact as the only reference. A tool that has been very useful for me in exploring CI.

The structure of the work we will develop in the sessions of the intensive is the following:

Saturday:
- Landing - listening work, presence, and confidence.
- Bodywork and work on sensations: textures and contact.

Sunday:
- Technique, observation, and eyes closed.
- Integration and exploration in dance.

On Sunday afternoon we will Jam and maintain a ratio of at least blindfolded (or closed-eye person) for every 3 people to ensure care and awareness of the space.

Due to this format, it is ideal that the people who sign up attend both days, to work and explore with a solid group, thus delving into the state that working in this way will bring us and generate a common vocabulary among us.

If you can only attend one day, get in touch, and we will consider the possibility of joining depending on the group.

Aham (he/him): I was born and grew up in Barcelona, Spain. Since young I've practiced a great variety of sports and disciplines such as different kinds of martial arts, acrobatics, parkour, dance and gymnastics. At the age of 18 I started my acting studies with the idea of getting to know myself and transmitting better to others. That was the beginning of almost 6 years of studying and working in BCN and NY. It was also my discovery of CI which was taught as a tool for physical listening within physical theater. Some events made me question what I wanted which redirected my path towards other experiences such as traveling and focusing more on movement, contact and facilitation. I´ve been traveling, dancing, and facilitating workshops on CI and conscious movement since then.
