Overload is a one-day festival devoted to celebrating New Zealand’s ever-growing Anime and Manga culture! There will be around 340 local artists selling their creations, Anime/Manga stores selling genuine collectibles and New Zealand’s first Evangelion Art Exhibition, supported by GroundWorks Co. Ltd and BANDAI NAMCO ASIA. Not only that, there are Cosplay performances, a Manga Mobile Library, a Cosplay café and Itasha for you to enjoy. If you are an Anime/Manga fan or interested in Japanese pop culture, this is the event for you!

 

 

Overload Committee

Overload is a non-profit convention, organised by a volunteer committee selected by Anime NZ Ltd, and we have about 60 more volunteers on the day to help run the festival.
