AFA 20/20: A Celebration of Where We've Been, Where We Are & Where We're Going
AFA 20/20 is an innovative event for AFA Field leaders and members to engage in leadership and professional development, receive important updates from leadership, and celebrate AFA. While we certainly wish we could join together in person for our annual National Convention, AFA 20/20 will allow us to connect virtually as current and future AFA Field leaders dedicated to making our Association and our Air Force stronger.
AFA 20/20 content will be a combination of large group webinars, prerecorded sessions and learning labs. To encourage engagement, registrants will receive information on an optional Slack workspace to join with channels devoted to each session. This will be provided within 30 days of the event. In addition, you will also receive an invitation to download the AFA 20/20 app after you register.
As flexibility is always the key to airpower, we may have to accomodate some schedule changes as we get closer to the event. These changes will be updated on this website, in the AFA 20/20 app and via email.
AFA is excited to bring you this new, virtual leadership development opportunity for our amazing Field leaders. We've decided to make this event free for all current and potential Field leaders. However, this event is not free to produce. There are several opportunities for you to donate to help support AFA and sustain programs like this. These will be presented to you through a donation option during registration, virtual happy hours, raffles and more!
