TCBC AGM

TCBC AGM REGISTRATION 

The Church AGM is on this Monday at 7:45pm (via ZOOM). An email was sent on Tuesday morning which included the meeting agenda and Zoom link. 

 

If you are planning to attend the AGM, you must register here. Once registered, the Zoom access details And Directions on how to vote will be sent by email on Friday. 

 

If you are unable to attend the AGM but would like your apologies recorded, please email office@tcbc.org.au before the meeting. 

 

 

An email will be sent out to those who are registered for the AGM on Monday morning (9^th) which will include specific details as to how to access election forms and other relevant information relating to the meeting. [Please note the Zoom account has a capacity of only 100 Zoom attendees and the meeting requires a quorum of members to ensure decisions made can be actioned.  If you are joining with others on one Zoom account for the meeting, there is only one Zoom registration needed per group/couple/family but all attendees will be required to note the attendance record and vote individually.  These processes will be outlined in the email on Monday morning and at the meeting].
