DiSalvo’s been nationally recognized for its authentic Italian cuisine. Joseph DiSalvo is a creative chef, wine importer and entrepreneur who has served as Chairman of the Pennsylvania Restaurant Association Board of Directors. The restaurant has been designated a Distinguished Restaurant of North America, and is the recipient of numerous awards including A Most Worthy of a Destination Stop presented by the Culinary Institute of America.
