About the Retreat
Join us for a 3 day/2 night practice of offline, rejuvenation and freedom through the ways of yoga, Taoist qi gong and shiatsu. Connecting streams of traditional techniques, experience a fusion of Zen, Chinese and Indian philosophy.
A weekend of nutritious food, renewal, stability and space. This is a pranic recharge.
About the Teacher My approach has a primary focus on breath, an experiential element in movement that stems from tantric hatha and vinyasa krama, with a twist of zen. I’m focused on cultivating freedom through presence of breath. I’m an ardent student of yoga, qi gong and shiatsu with the belief that connecting streams of traditional techniques can and will introduce us to the freedom of the soul. To add, a fusion of Taoist, Zen, Chinese and Indian philosophies leads to a deeper understanding of self. I guide students to slow it down, follow their intuition and face whatever they’re resisting. My classes are designed to open us up from the inside out and free ourselves from the constraints we sometimes link ourselves to.
