As the de facto parents of the youth in our care, it is up to us to talk with them about sex, sexuality, gender and relationships. But, how do we bring it up? When do we bring it up? Many of us have grown up in a culture which considers talk about sex as taboo. How do we increase our own comfort in having these discussions? How do we ask questions about sexual orientation, sexual behavior, gender identity and relationships? This half-day, very interactive training will give participants the tools to talk about these sensitive subjects with their young clients.
