Take a break from your busy life and get ready to celebrate YOU in this Sweat + Reflect Workshop. Terry Gleason with Exercise Outside the Box and Cristina Nicolau with Mindful Embodiment have joined forces to create a workshop to empower you to be your best self. Starting off with an energizing warm up, participants will work on flexibility, balance, and functional movement. Moving to a Boot Camp style workout where you'll push yourself to your personal max with some fun yet challenging exercises and supportive group work! Ending the workshop with relaxing and medatative yoga to bring your attention to yourself and the beautiful purpose you posess on this earth. Option to journal any thoughts or feelings. By the end, our hope is for each participant to feel empowered to be their best self! After the event enjoy a personal fitness photo to remember how strong you are!
LOCATION: The workshop will take place at Oak Ridge Park in Clark. Dress appropriately for the weather.

WHAT TO BRING: A mat, water bottle, yoga blocks (optional), journal (optinal), a positive attitude (manditory:)
FITNESS LEVEL: All fitness levels welcomed. The Boot Camp portion will involve basic exercises like jogging, planks, pushups, squats, lunges, etc. There will always be modifications and if you have any limitations just let the instructor know!
