This class targets activation of running specific muscle groups and functional strength to keep the body running strong. This class incorporates body weight exercises, bosu, medicine balls, high intensity training and TRX to further improve strength, power and mobility.
Where: Community Room, Portland store
When: Tuesday and Thursday mornings, 6:00 a.m. to 6:50 a.m. February 27th-May 3rd.
