Fairfield University Field Hockey is excited to host Invasion Field Hockey Camps this summer! Starting in June, daily training sessions will be available and will be following all Connecticut COVID-19 Safety Guidelines, Fairfield University protocols and NCAA regulations. Our Return to Play procedures will include:

  • Limited session enrollment of 60 players

  • Daily groups of 10-14 athletes staying with the same coaches for the session

  • Screening policy to confirm no symptoms of COVID-19 before daily participation

  • Frequent cleaning of equipment before and after training sessions

  • Athletes using their own water bottles and personal hygiene products

  • Clearly identifiable entry and exit points to maintain social distancing

     

     

     

    DATES:

    June 28-July 1, July 12-15 & Aug. 2-5

    2 sessions per day:   9:00-11:30 AM and 2-4:30 PM

    OPEN TO ALL PLAYERS IN GRADES K-12*

    Fees:

     $235 a session

     

     

    Invasion Field Hockey is excited to be able to offer a safe and engaging environment for our athletes.  All Sessions will focus on the fundamentals, individual stickwork and mini-games to grow their passion for the game and lay the foundation for higher level of play. Participants will receive individualized instruction from our nationally-ranked Fairfield Coaching Staff and athletes, as well as other college coaches.  Our staff is dedicated to help our participants improve their game and have fun while maintaining strict safety procedures to keep everybody healthy on our turf. 

    If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please note that registration is only open to 60 participants per session. A Wait List will be created if necessary. Looking forward to seeing you on the field!

Cancellation policy

There is a $25 fee if camper cancels.  There is no fee if camp is cancelled by Invasion staff.

In 2019 Fairfield Field Hockey was ranked #24 in the country had its best season in program history. The team finished with the second-best Division 1 record at 19-3. They were undefeated in the NorthEast Conference and were named NEC Champions, awarding them entry into the NCAA tournament. In their first-ever home NCAA game, the Stags defeated American and went on to take #2 UConn to overtime. Currently the Stags remain undefeated in the abbreviated spring 2021 season. Head coach Jackie Kane, in her 26th season, and her staff were named NEC and Mideast Regional Coaching Staff of the Year and several players took home NEC and All-American honors.
