Program Overview: (7) 60-minute small group basketball skill development workouts. The program meets once per week for 8 weeks.
Each Training Session Includes:
Individual skill work: Station-based training in a small group setting
Shooting instruction
Developing scoring moves - Jabs, Pivots, Footwork, Finishing
Ball handling
Strength training
Agility training
Location: The Shooting Lab - 11 Fieldcrest Road, Chester, NJ.
Training Dates/Times:
Fridays, 8:00-9AM (July 10, 17, 24, 31, August 7, 14, 21) for 4th graders
Summer Program Fee:
$280 for the 7-week session
Players can form groups to train with teammates and friends.
