Program Overview: (7) 75-minute small group basketball skill development workouts. The program meets once per week for 8 weeks. 

Each Training Session Includes: 

  • Individual skill work: Station-based training in a small group setting

  • Shooting instruction

  • Developing scoring moves - Jabs, Pivots, Footwork, Finishing

  • Ball handling

  • Strength training

  • Agility training

Location: The Shooting Lab - 11 Fieldcrest Road, Chester, NJ.

Training Dates/Times:

Fridays 11:30AM-12:45PM (July 10, 17, 24, 31, August 7, 14, 21)

 

Summer Program Fee: 

$350 for the 7-week session

Players can form groups to train with teammates and friends.
