The Substance Abuse Prevention Skills Training (SAPST) training is designed to provide an understanding of the discipline of the prevention of alcohol, tobacco, and other drug abuse as it relates to communities, providers and volunteers, in a fun, creative unique training that begins where people are at, and which includes application.  On-line pre-work is required to complete the training.

Note:  This is a four day class.

Class size is limited:  25 individuals.

28 Prevention CEU hours have been approved for this course.

Pre-work is required for this course.  Additional Prevention CEU hours are available upon completion of the pre-work.

NOTE:  Walk-in registrations the day of the workshop cannot be accomodated, since materials will not have been prepared nor catering ordered.  

Cancellation policy

There is no penalty for cancellation before the cancellation deadline, noon on April 16, 2019. Please contact Cathy Born at 513-751-8000 x10 or cborn@prevention-first.org to cancel your registration. If is it necessary for the PreventionFIRST! to cancel a program, registration fees will be returned.

A registrant who cannot attend may avoid forfeiting the registration fee and paying a cancellation fee by providing a substitute from his or her organization to attend the workshop. To arrange for this member to attend, the original registrant should contact PreventionFIRST! at 513-751-8000 or info@prevention-first.org and provide information for the substitute.
