We all entered the healthcare profession because we wanted to make a difference in the lives of others, but being in healthcare can be draining at times. Computer charting, regulatory requirements, competing priorities, constant demands on your time, long shifts, sicker patients, limited resources, and even conflicts at work!!! Stress and burnout have been identified as the most significant challenges in healthcare nationally, and research says that hospitals need to take a proactive stance in helping staff identify, prevent, and treat symptoms of burnout. Please join us for this interactive and fun session on how to reconnect to your sense of purpose while staying STEADY in healthcare!

GVH Human Resources has partnered with our former CNO, Audrey Cortez, RN to provide an excellent training to improve our resilience skills. Audrey presented this at the Press Ganey National Conference in 2018 and several GVH leaders commented that it would be hugely beneficial for our team. The GVH Executive Team and the GVH Leadership Teams will be invited to separate group sessions. This session is for staff. We hope you'll take advantage!
