The MissionFiT movement produces sustainable health in the body of believers empowering them to be a conduit for the community. Our vision is to restore the health of the body of Christso they can fully live out their given mission here on earth.
 
We want to help Christian leaders get healthy this season! Who are Christian leaders? Pastors, assistant pastors, lay leaders, small group leaders.  If they're in a Christian leadership position, we want to serve them!
 
Here is a tremendous opportunity from MissionFit this spring.  We are offering a 2 day a week, 6 week challenge focused on "total health", including spirit, fitness, nutrition and wellness.  Some details below:

What happens in the Challenge?

*Small group environment where participants pick the meeting location and times.

 

Classes include:

 

 

  1. Assessments
  2. Creation of a Leader Care Plan
  3. Receive fitness journal, book, meal plans, and fitness tool for home use
  4. Bodyweight functional fitness (for all levels)
  5. Learn how God designed our bodies to function and thrive
