Join Glow & Grow for a Spring Equinox Gathering at the lovely Swallowtail Farm’s Milk & Honey Cafè Portland, ME. Founder of Glow & Grow, Kelly Rich, will lead you into an all-levels (beginners encouraged!) morning yoga flow in the working apothecary and back kitchen. You can expect class to be woven with the intention to ground, soothe and boost you into spring!
Milk & Honey of Swallowtail Farm will be providing a delightful spring equinox brunch with an array of organic and nourishing farm-to-table ingredients. You will have choices like spring herbs and greens frittata or spring fromage and wild mushroom pierogi (deliciously divine polish dumpling). All dairy is organic and locally made from the farm, and organic meat is either pasture grass based raised from farm or friends. Also included will be fresh herbal tea, choice of a spring detox or a fairy flower blend. *GRATUITY NOT INCLUDED.
Chances are you will fall in love with the good vibes of this herbal oasis and everything in the shop will be for sale at the time of event. Seasonal vegetables, take home loose herbs for tea and all items on apothecary shelves will be up for purchase.
