Ms. Tatiana Mesquita Nunes is a state attorney for Brazil at the Extrajudicial Issues Department in the Office of the Attorney General of the Union and the President for the Brazilian Antidoping Unique Court. She has developed actions on anticorruption, especially in the negotiation of leniency agreements and on prevention measures inside government. She is the Brazilian representative on IPACS – International Partnership against corruption in sports and academically studies governance of sports organizations in her master’s degree. She worked on the judicial consultant team for the Olympic Games in Brazil and was elected the first female President for the Brazilian Antidoping Unique Court.

Bichara stands out as the chairman of Brazil’s Superior Court of Sports Justice for Equestrian (STJD) and for his prominent work before the CAS ad hoc and anti-doping divisions during the 2016 Rio Olympic Games. Further to directly acting as counsel for several athletes, Bichara was invited by the Rio de Janeiro Bar Association (OAB/RJ) to coordinate the training of the pro bono arbitration counsel programme for the 2016 Olympic Games.
