This interactice cooking workshop bridges the gap between knowledge and practical skill to facilitate optimal nutrition while travelling. The session's outcome is to help encourage athletes to make nutritious, simple, and budget-friendly snacks and meals while on the road. In the process, attendees will learn innovative ways of on-the-road food preparation.

  • This event is interactive and will have a cooking component, so prepare to engage with fellow athletes and apply your learnings!
  • Due to capacity limits, the cooking element of the workshop is limited to 20 athletes. Registration is determined on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Coaches and parents are welcome to attend, but due to capacity limits will not be participating in the cooking part of the workshop.

*Please Note: This event will NOT be simulcast online. In-person attendance is required for participation*
