Friday, 27 March 2020 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM PST

Now that Tokyo 2020 has been postponed until 2021, coupled with the global need for isolation to help stop the spread of COVID-19, many athletes and coaches have numerous questions regarding de-training (or training residuals), their immune system and minimal effective training dose.  How long of a break can we take?  What will happen? Will I lose all my muscle?  Does a little bit go a long way?  This education webinar will look at the science, as well as practical recommendations.  This session will feature global protein and skeletal muscle expert Prof Stuart Phillips (McMaster University, Hamilton, ON, Canada) as well as CSI Pacific’s Director of Performance Dr. Trent Stellingwerff, in a combined presentation on these topics.

When: FRIDAY, March 27th 12-1pm
Where: Online via webinar (access link will be sent to registrants on day of event)
