As a high performance athlete you have probably noticed that one of the most important and impactful relationships you have is with your coach. Like any relationship challenges and conflict will arise. How do you approach these situations with the person you have so much respect for without causing a bigger issue? Join Gail Donohue, national team alumni and former Olympic coach, as she works through what factors can influence the relationship you have with your coach, how conflict can arise, and how to solve the conflict when it does. Joining her to detail some of her own personal experiences in sport will be Laura Brown, a Bronze Medalist in the Cycling Team Pursuit at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. You want the best relationship with your coach, so you won’t want to miss this session detailing how you can navigate it through practical and lived examples!
