We are happy to present our new program: Sport Discovery Community Try-It! Adults 40+! We have had such an amazing impact in our community, especially with the youth and families of Prince George that we are launching this new program for adults aged 40+ only!

Try a new activity, Tai Chi, hosted by Engage Sport North, in partnership with the City of Prince George and 6 Community Associations.

This Tai Chi session - offered through the Sport Discovery Community Try-It! Adults 40+ program and hosted by the Crescents Community Association - provides an opportunity to try or participate within this activity.

The program session is offered at no cost. The instructor will have all the equipment necessary for the event. Please wear appropriate athletic clothes and running shoes.

The session will be from 5:30pm to 6:30pm.
