Try a new sport, Pickleball, hosted by Engage Sport North, in partnership with the City of Prince George and the 7 Community Associations. This beginner Pickleball session - offered through the Sport Discovery Community Try-It! program and hosted by the West Bowl Community Association - provides an opportunity to try or participate within a new sport. The program session is offered at no cost. Participants do not need to bring equipment, as the instructor will provide the equipment needed. Please wear appropriate athletic clothes.
The session will be from 10:00am to 12:00pm.
Minimal age to participate is 10 years old to 105 years old.
Pickleball can be adapted for manual or power wheelchair users to participate along with able bodied players. A limited number of sport wheelchairs will also be available at this event for anyone to try.
Pre-registration is required since there is a maximum of 16 participants.
