Come join us as we work in the Spring Garden. Each workday will include tending the vegetable beds, maintaining the garden area, upkeep and maintenance on hardscape items, enjoying good company, and workshops and learning experiences through the semester. This spring we have many varieties of peppers, from sweet peppers through the infamous Ghost Pepper, several varieties of tomatoes, lettuces, squashes, artichokes and lots of beans. All produce that is harvested on a workday is available to students/faculty/staff and community members to pickup on workdays, with the majority donated to Campus Ministries for their use and distribution. So come and join us, learn about gardening, and enjoy a peaceful few hours in the garden among friends.
