This year, from October 16th through October 18th, food safety professionals will gather in historic Charleston, South Carolina to discuss a variety of topics at the annual 2018 FDA Southeast Regional Seminar. This is a great opportunity for regulatory and industry professionals alike to meet, mingle, and hear from FDA Officials on a variety of food-related issues.
