Yoga is mindfulness in motion. It creates strength, flexibility, develops lean muscle and promotes a calm attitude to challenge. Inspired by traditional forms of Ashtanga and Tao Yin yoga, our classes incorporate modern structural and physiological knowledge to ensure a safe and beneficial practice. All classes conclude with guided mindful meditation, promoting integration and embodiment.

These courses take place on 5 consecutive weeks with a choice of either morning or an evening course. Total 10 x 60 min classes.
