Healthy sleep habits can not only make a difference in your quality of life but it can also have a huge impact on your sport performance. CSI Pacific's Physiology Lead, Liz Johnson and CSI Pacific's Mental Performance Lead, Sharleen Hoar join us on September 26th to share the wealth of information the two have in the area of sleep.

This in-person workshop is not to be missed! 

In this session, you will learn:

-A better understanding of how sleep effects performance, and

-Learn strategies and tools to optimize sleep
