CSI Pacific's Physiology Lead, Liz Johnson and CSI Pacific's Mental Performance Lead, Sharleen Hoar join us on September 26th to share the wealth of information the two have in the area of sleep.

-A better understanding of how sleep effects performance, and
-Learn strategies and tools to optimize sleep
