The SLCH Annual Holiday Party will be held on Thursday, December 13th at Anthony’s Pier 9 from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. Similar to past years, we will have a photo booth, DJ, cocktail hour, buffet dinner and cash bar. The cost is $20 per person and each employee can bring (1) guest at the same cost of $20 per person.
Please RSVP via the link below (or via email to kdabroski@slchospital.org), and please note that payment cannot be processed online and needs to be provided directly to me. Payment and RSVP must be received no later than Friday, December 7th. If you are paying by credit card, please note that we will begin setting up credit card payments beginning on Monday, November 5.
