The SIRE User Group enables users of the SIRE programme to provide their comments and feedback on the operation of the programme. It also gives OCIMF the opportunity to provide users with advanced notification and discuss changes to the SIRE Programme.
Issues discussed and raised by the SIRE User Group will be taken up for review and comment by the SIRE Focus Group and, where appropriate, for further consideration by the General Purposes Committee.

The Oil Companies International Marine Forum (OCIMF) is a voluntary association of oil companies with an interest in the shipment and terminalling of crude oil, oil products, petrochemicals and gas.
The SIRE User Group Chairman will provide an introduction to the purpose behind the User Group and these meetings.
Statistics on the SIRE programme will be presented.
An update of the SIRE programme and the expected developments in the next 6 months will be provided.
An overview of the updates and changes to the VIQ7 will be presented.
A presentation on the quality of Reports and on Report Feedback.
Users will be invited to provide their experiences and feedback on the current SIRE group of programmes for discussion and consideration by the SIRE Focus Group.
