Rachel joined GroundTruth in 2018 to add to the Northwest Arkansas team. She has lived and served in the local community for nearly 10 years with her husband and three children. Rachel brings over 15 years of superior sales and marketing performance to GroundTruth. Rachel’s most recent experience with a NWA retail consulting firm, Amplify, has helped her learn how to bridge the gap in leveraging consumer and shopper insights to drive maximum retail sales results. She brings a fresh perspective to the CPG space with out-of-box ideas that have proven valuable to her clients. Her passion for mobile location targeting grew as she experienced first-hand the best in class ROI and shopper insights based on behavioral profiles GroundTruth provides her clients. Craig Bilow is currently the Director of Shopper Marketing for Riviana Foods, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ebro S.A., globally the #1 Rice manufacturer and the #2 Pasta manufacturer. Craig established Riviana’s Shopper Marketing department at the end of 2018 and with the help of a great team has made an immediate impact on Shopper perceptions of Riviana’s trusted brands. Prior to his role in Shopper Marketing, Craig held leadership positions in Sales Operations, Category Management, Field Sales and Brand Management. Before joining Riviana Craig worked for the Borden Food Company and Nestle.

Josh Bruns is the Vice President of Digital Business Development for Del Rey Marketing. An innovative shopper marketing veteran and problem solver, he has worked with some of the most recognizable companies and brands. Mr. Bruns started his career in shopper marketing at Saatchi & Saatchi X supporting Proctor and Gamble. In addition, he has led both shopper marketing and e-commerce for the Coleman Company, Rawlings, and Pure Fishing, and supported the Kimberly Clark Walmart business at Geometry Global. Until his new role with Del Rey, Josh led Shopper Marketing at Kraft Heinz for the Walmart Customer Team. With a passion for simplifying the shopping experience and delivering greater ROI, he continues to innovate with suppliers, agencies, and other vendor partners to drive the future of shopper marketing.

Bogdan Constantin is a serial entrepreneur. He previously founded Menguin - the world's first online suit and tuxedo rental company. He scaled the business by over 10,000% and within 2.5 years sold to the founder of Mens Wearhouse. Post sale he was the CMO of Generation Tux Holdings where he grew the business by over 400% within 3 months. He is now the founder and CEO of Voxie a conversational commerce platform that offers brands an ideal combination: the ability to develop personal relationships with their customers with the automation and tools needed to scale the solution. Constantin targeted other e-commerce companies as his early adopters, and quickly realized that brands from all sectors can quickly and permanently benefit from developing personal texting relationship with customers. Voxie’s client list now includes the likes of MARS, Kellogg’s, Danone, General Mills and a variety of national and global retail brands.
Constantin is also an active startup mentor helping brands innovating in the B2C space. When not building businesses, Bogdan enjoys spending time with his wife Amy, daughters Quinn and Zoe and their dog, Kona. He currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia

Mark has over 13 years of experience working with CPG brands at agencies, publishers and ad tech companies including leading CPG Category Sales at Oath prior to GroundTruth. Mark is based in Chicago with his lovely wife and three children.

Alex Gold is the co-owner and Chief Digital Officer of Del Rey Marketing where he developed the APP>LESS platform to provide guaranteed engagement through unique digital storytelling. An entrepreneur at heart, he is also the Co-Founder of Myia, an intelligent health platform. Mr. Gold was instrumental in raising Myia’s $6.75 Million Seed Round and spun the company out of BCG Digital Ventures in partnership with the American College of Cardiology. Previously, Alex was Venture Partner at BCG Digital Ventures where he built an internal incubator for new companies with clients like Bosch and RBC. Previously, Alex Co-Founded Traction, a marketplace of digital marketing experts. While at Traction, Alex led the company to over $12 Million sales run rate with partners like P&G, Unilever, and Kraft Heinz. Alex has also worked for The Tornante Company, Discovery Communications, and DDB. Alex’s work has been featured in Fast Company, Inc. and other publications. He is a columnist for Entrepreneur Magazine.

During her career, she has helped many brands grow their share in many different categories and has helped her clients develop efficient and actionable data insights to drive growth. Now living in Chicago, she is working with Cutting Edge Foods as a National Account Manager and is growing an emerging brand in the Meat Snacks category, Real Snacks. Ashley is an active member of Network of Executive Women in Chicago, she serves on the board for Blessons for Women, a Co-Chair for BITE and the NWA Championship. During her spare time, Ashley volunteers with the First Tee of Chicago. She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and volunteers with the Chicago Alumni Chapter.
