The SHM Utah Chapter is hosting an in-person event on Thursday, February 29th at 5:30 p.m. MT at Salt and Olive in Salt Lake City, UT. Please join for networking and for an educational presentation for American Heart Month titled "Heart Disease in Women: Understanding Gender Differences and Prevention," provided by Dr. Alpana Senapati.Dr. Alpana Senapati is a noninvasive and advanced cardiovascular imaging cardiologist at Intermountain Health. She completed Internal Medicine training at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH followed by Cardiology and 2-year Advanced Cardiovascular Imaging training at Houston Methodist DeBakey Heart and Vascular Center in Houston, TX. She continues to be actively involved in clinical patient care and research with special interests in advanced cardiac imaging modalities.
