To succeed, organizations must develop management systems that align work and behaviors with principles and direction in ways that are simple, comprehensive, actionable and standardized. Organizations must get results, and creating value for customers is ultimately accomplished through the effective alignment of every value stream in an organization. The ENTERPRISE ALIGNMENT workshop continues the discussion around defining ideal behaviors and the systems that drive them.
ENTERPRISE ALIGNMENT is the fifth in the Shingo Workshop Series. This two-day workshop will integrate virtual classroom instruction with an exciting live virtual tour of the Paul Reed Smith Guitar factory in Stevensville, Maryland.
Paul Reed Smith Guitars has been one of the world’s leading guitar makers for the last 35 years. We are excited that they will be the virtual host site for this Shingo ENTERPRISE ALIGNMENT workshop. Renowned Shingo Facilitators Gerhard Plenert and Drew Butler will take you inside the factory to experience its unique culture, see how their acoustic and electric guitars are made, and you just might get to see the private stock used by stars like Carlos Santana and John Mayer!
This two-day virtual workshop integrates virtual classroom and virtual on-site experiences at a host facility to build upon the knowledge and experience gained in the DISCOVER EXCELLENCE* workshop. It takes you deeper into the Shingo Model™ by focusing on the principles identified in the Enterprise Alignment dimension:
- Think Systemically
- Create Constancy of Purpose
- Create Value for the Customer
Who should attend?
Senior leaders and Continuous Improvement professionals who have completed the Shingo DISCOVER EXCELLENCE workshop are encouraged to attend. The workshop is ideal for any professional seeking to create a sustainable culture of continuous business improvement for their organization.
