Shibori: Beyond Blue

Create amazing designs and experience the awesomeness of the over-dye process using Shibori resist dye methods on a selection of white and colored items like tea towels, napkins, scarves, pillowcases, fabric quarters, and more. Bring up to 3 of your own items as well. 

Our class runs for 2 hours, but you may stay up to 3 to let us help you complete your first fabric treatment (so you don't go home with a to-do!) or to complete additional dips to achieve a darker shade of blue. 

Class Includes:

• Instruction for 4 Shibori folding/binding techniques (more as requested)
• Test fabric swatches (2)
• Your choice of two of the following to dye: set of 2 tea towels set of 2 napkins, set of 2 handkerchiefs, pillowcase, scarf, fabric wall hanging, one fabric quarter
• Open dye buckets for up to 3 items of your choice (BYO or buy additional)
• Post-dye fabric treatment (in studio or to go)
• Snacks and N/A drinks; Over 21: BYO wine, beer, cider
