We are so very glad you can travel all the way to CA with us to celebrate our joint big day and my milestone day! Overkill, perhaps, but this is an easy way that I am familiar with to let everyone coordinate a few things. So here goes....
NOTE: Only one person per couple needs to complete this sign up. I assume this is obvious, but just to be sure I am putting it out there. :-)
Meals - I had mentioned early on that we would just take turns being in charge of a meal so this is your chance to sign up for one. Anything not taken will be ours to provide. We will only plan for breakfast and dinner since it is likely that people will be out and about at lunch, plus there are bound to be some leftovers.
Rent cars - Several of you have asked about sharing rental cars. The only way I could think of for coordinating this was to list half of our names and let the other half choose who they will share with. Then each pair can coordinate on their own how they want to handle making the rental car reservation.
At this point, everyone has said they plan to go to the Ficklin winery on arrival in Fresno. I think everyone is landing at basically the same time, which will make our arrival at the winery by about 2 PM no problem. To make sure we know how to find each other, I have a place for you to provide your arrival info. And while you are at it, just go ahead and enter your departure info too.
As soon as all of you have entered your selections/info, I will send a summary out so everyone has it. I think that is all we need to coordinate. While we are there we just want everyone to enjoy doing whatever you like - hike, float in the pool/creek, paint, read,.... WHATEVER!
