Shen Inventors 2019

The Program

Shen Inventors hosts an annual invention program and competition for students in  the Shenendehowa school district to explore inventorship and ideation. The event is open to grades k-8.

Registration

Online registration closes on April 1 by 1 pm. A project outline must also be delivered to a program representative by April 1 at 1 pm (email is fine).

Project Outline Required With Registration

The outline should include the name(s), school, grade, project title, short description, problem to be solved, how it works, and usefulness. There is no required length and need not be any longer more one paragraph or handful of bulleted statements.

Drop Off Projects

Project's must be dropped off to the Shen High School East Library between 5-7 pm on April 5. Projects will be judged and displayed during Shenendehowa Science and Health Discovery Night on Friday April 12 from 6:30-9;30 at High School East.  Projects must be dropped off on Friday April 5 in order to be judged. 

T-Shirt Theme

This year's Einstein themed t-shirt design will be inspired by the  Lego Movies. Each registrant receives 1 free event tshirt if registration is made by April 1 and the project outline is received by April 1 no later than 1 pm. 

Projects must be picked up by you or on your behalf by 9:00 pm April 12 otherwise they will be discarded.
